Dear Hooper Jaguar Families, In December, our Hooper Jaguar leaders will be decorating quilt squares for blankets to donate to “The Linus Project”. Students will work with their grade level buddies to design a quilt square that will be sewn onto a blanket (like pictured below) for children who are ill, traumatized, or in need of a blanket. We are looking for students to donate anywhere from $1-5 dollars towards the supplies (bleached muslin fabric and fabric markers). Our students will make a total of 250 quilt squares to donate to Project Linus. If you are able to contribute, please have your child bring in their cash donation by Friday, December 13th. Thank you so much for your consideration. We hope to make a difference in the lives of many children. Sincerely, Alison Gutsmiedl

Hooper had its annual #VeteransDay assembly. Today was about recognizing the sacrifice and service you have given to protect our freedoms, and for that, we cannot thank you enough. #freedom

Today some of Hooper staff and family took time out of their day to go to #feedmystarvingchildren to make nutritious meals for children in Africa. As a large group, we made 29,808 meals which could feed 81 kids daily for one year!!! So proud to be able to give back. #givingback #hardworkingstaff
