We recognize school, family, and stakeholder partnerships are what make District 41 exceptional. Therefore, we sought your input for setting district priorities that ensure our students are successful and future-ready. This was an endeavor of critical importance. One where we invited staff, families, and community members to share their voices. Our collaborative efforts allowed us to set priorities, establish common goals, and allocate resources to ensure student success in a constantly changing environment.

From this, we developed a Portrait of a Graduate for Lake Villa Schools. Our Portrait of a Graduate represents our vision for the skills and character traits students need to succeed in college, career, and life.

We are excited to have welcomed and partnered with you as we plan for the future of this great school district.

Kindly,

Sandra Keim-Bounds, Superintendent

Lake Villa Community Consolidated School District 41
