Lake Villa Community Consolidated School District #41 is a Leader in Me district, which is based upon Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.  Lake Villa 41 is committed to creating a culture where each child is capable, gifted, and a leader.  Lake Villa also 41 prides itself on the strength of its routinely updated curriculum, technological initiatives, and effective program interventions.

Lake Villa Community Consolidated School District #41 serves 2,400 Early Childhood through 8th grade students.  The district maintains three elementary schools including, Hooper, Martin, and Thompson, and one middle school, Palombi.
